A new blog

No, not to replace this one...

I need a journal to chronicle my BFL journey and keep me on track and accountable, so I've set up a new one to journal my workouts, food, thoughts, water, weight progress, etcetera.

I'm off the check out your blog, Erica! I'm trying to get back into shape also. Five years ago I worked out faithfully every day and weighed 30 lbs less. I started working out 2 1/2 weeks ago but need to pay more attention to my diet. Thank heavens the holidays are over!!
